Payment and shipping conditions
In the following we would like to inform you about our conditions for payment and shipping:
Shipment
Deliveries within the EU and the EFTA area are made exclusively digitally via email and are therefore absolutely free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries outside the EU and EFTA area.
Prices
Our prices, which are listed on our website, already include all price components and the statutory value added tax.
Payment
We ask you to pay for your software in the form of a PDF file, which we will send to you via email as confirmation of your order. In this e-mail you will find our account details. There are various payment options available to you: Prepayment, KLARNA, SOFORT transfer, Paypal, Amazon Pay, credit card and invoice.
Payment in advance
In the case of a bank transfer before the product is shipped, it is important that you state the order number in the reference field, which we sent to you by e-mail in the order confirmation. You have ten calendar days to make the transfer. As soon as we record your transfer, we will send you the software immediately.
KLARNA
KLARNA offers you an extra payment service. You can choose between three payment options: pay immediately, pay in installments of up to 24 months and extend the payment by invoice by 14 days. On the KLARNA website you will find all information about the KLARNA payment service in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section:
Instant bank transfer
The SOFORT transfer is the faster version of prepayment. With KLARNA you can easily enter your account details and complete your purchase. As the seller, we receive the payment confirmation immediately and then send you the software faster than with the payment option in advance.
PayPal
If you create an account with Paypal, your account details will be saved for any number of payments and you do not have to re-enter them for each payment. This service is very convenient and completely safe. Your order process will be completed within seconds and our goods will then be delivered immediately.
Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you can easily use your Amazon account to pay. This payment method is absolutely secure as your account information is not transmitted to us. Unfortunately, Amazon gift card balances cannot be used for payment.
Credit card
You can pay us with the following credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Maestro International, Diners Club and JCB. We also accept Carte Bleue for transactions within France. Credit card payments are absolutely safe with us. The 3D Secure query reliably protects you against data misuse. Your payment by credit card is immediately visible to us, so that we can send your goods to you as quickly as possible.
invoice
If you select invoice as payment, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. After receiving the software, you have 14 days to pay your invoice to us by bank transfer.
